It's true! On Gato's website, it says that Farz's birthday is January 14th!
And no, that's not Gaz. Well, it is Gaz, but not the one seen on the show. For those who are new to my stuff, I wrote a story a while back called "The Real Gaz" about how that scary creepy Gaz is really a pig demon in desguise, and when that story ended, Dib's real sister came home.
