Sami ... Rena?

This isn't the first time I've drawn Sami in an outfit similar to Rena's. << >> it's just the first time I scanned and colored it...

I know I should be working on those new techniques I've been learning, but I'm having a hard time using them with my cartoons. ;~; If I try, I probably fail. If I don't try, I'm never gonna get it. Now I know how Aang felt when he was having a hard time learning earthbending. ;~;

Here I was mostly just caring about the ruffles in the dress and the ribbons. I didn't care about the other stuff, especially the hand and the suckish legs. SO NO TALK ABOUT THAT!

PS: Part of the time I was drawing this, I looked at one of the pictures from volume 2 of the manga "Higurashi: When They Cry". I still have yet to get the next volume... Damn my not being able to go to the nearest Barnes n' Noble -_- I've been trying/wanting to go there for the past few weeks!!!
